Spectator Sections
The viewing area is elevated above the polo field in three separate terraces. The lower terrace includes the Beer + Wine Garden and has a gentle grade to the playing field. The VIP area consumes the larger middle and upper terraces. The big tent with the VIP buffet and full service bar is located on the middle terrace. The upper terrace includes the VIP Lounge, Seattle Polo wood photo wall, private cabanas, private boxes and outdoor lounge.
1 Forum Social House Tent
The Forum Social House Tent is located in the lower terrace on the south side of the viewing area and includes a full service bar, yard sport area, seating area and hay bale lounge seating with umbrellas.
2 VIP Area Seating
General seating for the VIP Area for those without a reserved table are located in the lower terrace on the south side of the viewing. Seating includes picnic tables, chairs and hay bale lounge seating with umbrellas.
3 Reserved VIP Tables
Reserved tables with umbrellas line the front of the middle and upper terraces giving spectators with VIP reserved tables the best view of the game. Each table seats 8 spectators.
4 Reserved VIP Cabanas
Private VIP Cabanas sit on the upper terrace next to the VIP Lounge and above the VIP Boxes.
5 Reserved VIP Boxes
The VIP Boxes are located along the front of the viewing terrace for the best view of the game. Each box has outdoor lounge seating and a relaxed vibe.
Facility Map
1 Parking Entrance
Spectators enter off SE 400th St through the polo club entrance on the east side of the facility..
2 Drop Off Exit
The drop off entrance is used for buses and vans. Shuttle service from W Bellevue Hotel will enter through the parking entrance and use the drop off area for staging. Buses and vans will leave by the Drop Off exit.
3 Handicap Parking Entrance
For those needing assistance parking and getting to the event, we offer a limited number of handicap parking..
4 VIP Parking
Spectators with VIP tickets park behind the polo field with a short walk to the event entrance.
5 Parking
Spectators in the Beer + Wine Garden and event staff park on the practice field and walk across the end of the polo field to the event.

6 Event Entrance/Ticketing
Attendees enter the event at the entrance tent where their tickets and ID are checked and given wristbands..
7 VIP Viewing Terraces
The viewing terraces for the VIP area occupy the center of the polo field. The VIP area includes the reserved VIP tables, private cabanas, VIP Lounge and outdoor lounge
8 Forum Social House Tent
The Forum Social House Tent is located on the lower terrace at the end of the VIP area.
9 VIP Cabanas + VIP Boxes
The VIP Cabanas and VIP Boxes are located at the end of the VIP area to provide added privacy while maintaining the best view of the game.
10 Food Trucks & Restrooms
Food trucks and restrooms are located on the bench behind the VIP area.
10 Sponsor Tents
The walkway to the event and bench behind the VIP area contain space for the sponsor and vendor booths.
